Over 20 years experience in real estate sales, with strong passion for real estate marketing, development advisory, property valuations and transaction services. Advised a range of clients on property investment strategies and helped them expanding their property portfolios in Australian and foreign markets. Apart from successful client relationships management, i have worked on property and portfolio management for clients, property portfolio rationalization strategies, financial and development advisory, project feasibility studies, project marketing, asset management, contract administration and transaction structuring for various real estate projects.

I have worked in various markets in India and Australia on specialized sectors such as luxury residential, high-end retail, retirement living and aged-care, healthcare, education, industrial and urban development, among others. Extensively involved in numerous transactions with varied nature ranging from outright sale and purchase of land, M&A, equity, debt and JV structuring, acquisition and consolidation of land and built space, exclusive marketing of residential and commercial projects, and PPP structuring for attracting private investment into infrastructure development.
